Parents and guardians, please fill out the survey with your interests about sending your child to Boojum's day camp. If you are interested in sending more than one child, please list all schools, grades, etc. under the applicable questions.

To offer the most fun and memorable experience, we tailor our scheduled activities to the interests of those attending and the location we work at.

If enough people are interested, we will also offer weekday after-school activities.
